Modern life is hard on the neck. Hours at a desk, even more hours on a phone, stress that lives in the shoulders, and sleep positions that never quite let the muscles release — it adds up. By the time most people reach out, the pain has been there long enough to feel normal.
We assess motion in every level of the cervical spine, the upper back, and the shoulders. We look at posture, breathing, jaw tension, and the patterns that keep producing the pain. Then we explain what we find and what care would look like.
